I am aware Bristol actually has a Chair of Science Communication (Kathy Sykes) and perhaps this is the key to ensuring the University give the activity enough status to be seen as important amongst the academics. I was wondering if there might be people on the list who are in science communication roles at other Universities, or if anyone could help me find out which UK Universities have dedicated science communication support? Also, does anyone know if there any publications out there that deal with providing support for science communication within a University environment? I'd appreciate any suggestions.
