The BA is currently recruiting for a Science in Society Manger 

The BA (British Association for the Advancement of Science) is a registered
charity which exists to advance the understanding, accessibility and
accountability of the sciences and engineering.  

This role is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop the BA's Science
in Society programme which consists of a variety of regular and occasional
activities targeted at three key audiences: scientists, science
communication practitioners and lay publics. You will manage a team and will
be required develop an innovative programme of activities as appropriate for
the 21st Century. You will be required to produce project proposals,
estimates and budgets; plan and deliver the logistical management of the
whole programme; devise and implement a fundraising strategy in liaison with
the Director of Programmes and work closely with external collaborators and
funders on the development of the Programme.
