Hi Sam I am just finishing off my paper ready for submission. Is it OK to send the version electronically and then send paper and CD ROM copies after that? Obviously the paper and CD ROM copies will arrive by snail mail but at least the electronic version would be with you with the click of a button. I am also hoping to be able to add some info before the May final deadline for printing. Should I indicate this on the actual paper or rather make it clear on the e-mail? We are collecting some information over the next couple of weeks which may be very useful to add in to the paper.
