Joanne If you contact me directly I can give you a copy of a report form to management which covers what you are asking. However, due to complaints from other people on this site I am not allowed to mention where from... you may be able to guess. Email me at [log in to unmask] As for confidentiality you may find it useful to also obtain a copy of the Faculty of Occupational Medicines new ethical guide published in May this year - if you have a doctor he can get it cheaper than the £25 we have to pay. Docs out there can you persuade the FOM to allow OH nurses to get it for the same price as you? Most RCN OH documents can be downloaded by you free of charge from the RCN website... but no the FOM ones - pity. Does anyone have any views, statements or any research papers that would allow us to quote just how much information is acceptable. I have also been given the task of updating our intranet site on 'Confidentiality'. Any help on that would be very welcome.
