Culture and Health as elements of design – a Seminar
On behalf of the Centre for Health Assets Australasia (CHAA) Team I would 
like to invite you to attend the next CHAA Seminar on 18th October, 
details below:
NSW Health Seminar Series 2006: 18th October 2006
Mark your diary for the third NSW Health supported seminar Wednesday 18th 
October 2006, starting at 5.30pm for 6pm. The venue is the Carlton Crest 
Hotel, Thomas St, Sydney.
Theme: Culture and Health as elements of design.
Aim: To present to the health facilities planning and design industry case 
studies on cultural, health and design that will stimulate improved 
cultural design of health facilities.
Target group: health planners; designers; architects; multicultural 
coordinators and program managers; board, management and planners of 
culturally diverse organizations; NSW Health Dept. Capital Management 
group; Faculty of the Built Environment post graduate students, FBE 
culture and design groups. 
The seminar venue is centrally located with good parking available next 
door and public transport access (buses at George Street, Great Southern 
Hotel or a short walk across George Street from Central Railway Station).
