SCIENCE AND RELIGION: HISTORICAL AND CONTEMPORARY PERSPECTIVES

BURSARIES AND CALL FOR PAPERS FROM POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS 
The organisers are pleased to announce that a number of bursaries are
available for postgraduates who wish to attend the conference. The
bursaries will cover between 50% and 100% of the full conference costs,
depending upon the amount of external funding secured, as will the
number. 
They will be awarded competitively and are open to anyone registered as
a postgraduate research student on the closing date of 31 December 2006.

The criteria for an award are, in order of significance: 
1. Submission of a 250 word abstract for a paper on one of the themes of
the conference, arising from your research, which impresses the
Organising Committee. 
2. Submission of a further statement of 250 words explaining why
attendance at the conference would be of academic benefit to you.
