With apologies for cross-posting ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL HISTORY SOCIETY OF IRELAND ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2006 17-18 NOVEMBER 2006 THE QUEEN'S UNIVERSITY OF BELFAST 'MEDICINE, SCIENCE AND SOCIETY IN IRELAND' CALL FOR PAPERS The annual conference of the Economic and Social History Society of Ireland will be held in Queen's University, Belfast on Friday 17th and Saturday 18th November 2006. Scholars are invited to submit abstracts on the theme of 'Medicine, Science and Society in Ireland' through the ages, encompassing early, medieval, early modern and modern periods.
