The British Museum is re-launching its website next year, with a new
unified information architecture and design, supported by a new
infrastructure and content management system. We are looking for people
to join the new Web Team in the Department of Learning and Information,
and work with IS and the other stakeholders in the web programme at this

Senior Developer (R4B)

To provide design and development work to support the website and
provide technical expertise and guidance for the web team.

 

Audience Manager (R4A)

To be the audience champion for the website, building on-line visitors
in specific areas, and ensuring that the current and future audience
experience best meets their needs while reflecting the Museum's purpose
and principles.

 

Content Commissioner (R3A)

To work with the senior content commissioners in developing new content
for the website both from internal and external sources.
