Further to my report of July 2006 on the European Association for Middle Eastern Studies (EURAMES), it has now been announced that the next EURAMES Conference will take place in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, 24-28 September 2007. This will be in conjunction with the joint Congress of the Deutsche Arbeitsgemeinschaft Vorderer Orient (DAVO) and the Deutsche Morgenländische Gesellschaft (DMG).
