MOVING INTO MANAGEMENT

Using accelerated learning techniques, this course covers managing staff in the context of rapidly changing circumstances, achieving results through motivation, communication and delegation, practical ways to deal with difficult situations, and managing our own professional and personal development.

BY THE END OF THE EVENT PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE:

Those who have recently been appointed or promoted into a management position, those aspiring to be a manager, those who have been managing for some time but would like a refresher.
