**Apologies for cross posting**

Help for price modelling

I am hoping that someone on this group can help me.  Our library is 
currently being downsized, and instead of being centrally funded, the 
Alerts (current awareness service provided by e-mail) will in future have 
to cover the costs they create.

I was wondering if anyone has had to do something similar, and if you 
could give me any pointers on how to construct the pricing model.  We are 
currently a bit stuck, because it’s not one Alert per person - there’s 
multiple subscription to each one.

If anyone can provide me with any ideas it would be much appreciated
