UNDERSTANDING COMPANY ACCOUNTS Date: 13-14 march speaker: Tudor Spencer Starting with simple examples of financial reporting, the main financial statements are introduced. Their purpose is explained and some of the fog of accounting jargon cleared away. Having gained an understanding of what the financial statements mean, delegates practice using a basic toolkit for the interpretation of financial data. This will include legislation and other policy-making information, keeping up-to-date, policy information, contact information and bibliographical sources. Hands-on time will be allocated to allow you to examine the sources demonstrated.
