Colleagues! Here at Rave we are intending to sign up for the Trial Scanning Licence along with the existing photocopying provision. I would be interested to know how colleagues are dealing with the monitoring of any scanning taking place - do you operate a "gatekeeper" policy where scanned material can only be uploaded to the intranet/VLE by one person (thus centralising the monitoring of scans), or will "Designated Persons" create their own scanning records (which will then be collated).
