On behalf of the Library and Information History Group I am organising the following event.

 

The road to Bangor: or forty years of library automation and where is it taking us?

 

A one day seminar of the Library and Information History Group of CILIP

 

Thursday 9^th November 2006 at CILIP HQ, Ridgmount St.

 

A bursary of up to £300 to cover the cost of travel, accommodation etc. will be available to students or newly-qualified librarians to attend this seminar.  As a couple of the presentations will take the form of witness presenentations the successful applicant will be required to record these presentations and write them up in a form suitable for publication.
