Thank you all so much for your help. I can see that those of us working in education have very similar issues and challenges to deal with! I will soon discuss creating a standard for my school with subject leaders - I think I have a fair idea what will happen. But I am going to try. Now, if only I could actually get them to give me schemes of work and suggest purchases for LRC stock!
