Apologies for cross-posting eLit2006, the 5th International Conference on eLiteracy, 28th to 30th June 2006 at Loughborough University eLit2006 aims to encourage discussion on how we should enhance people's IT and information literacy skills. The keynote speakers for eLit2006 are: John Traxler from University of Wolverhampton talking about 'Literacies, Learning and Mobile Technologies' Hilder Kruger from University of Stellenbosch whose paper is entitled 'Just browsing, thanks' And last but not least, Mark Stiles from Staffordshire University talking about e-learning ' It's not about the content, stupid!'. Other speakers are coming from around the world (Australia, America, Canada, Dhofar, Greece, Iran, Netherlands, Qatar and South Africa, as well as from the UK).
