Hi! I'm in the final stages of organising my portfolio to submit to CILIP and I've got a quick question. Point 3.4.3 in the Chartered Membership Handbook states that the portfolio must be "accompanied by an application form and the submission fee". Can anyone tell me where I can find the application form as I can't find it on the CILIP website with the other documents. Any help would be gratefully received.
