Hi Margaret
It was a while back but we have had courses
CME accredited for doctors in the past (Cochrane, Aditus and critical
appraisal).
It involved completing a form from the NW Deanery
(Dr McKinlay is the Director of GP Education, but presumably you’d be
doing it for hospital doctors?) for each course, every time it was run. We may
have had to pay a fee. They were always approved, but it was a pain to have to
keep applying. The system may of courses have changed, as this was maybe 2-3
years ago.
Best wishes
Liz

Subject: CME points
Has anyone got CME points for any of the courses they run?
We were wondering about applying, particularly for the
full-day Critical Appraisal courses we are running, but I wondered if anyone
has already gone down this road?
