This may or may not be of Interest. I have attached a spreadsheet of free medical journals indexed in Medline/CINAHL/EMBASE with the dates showing the Embargo periods (and the dates they were last checked).
These journals have already been linked into dialog e-links at National level but you may want to list them on local journal lists to let your users know they have access.
None of the journals listed require a password or registration to access the un-embargoed content.
