A number of colleagues have requested a copy of the
First Year Experience Questionnaire I put together. Therefore I have attached it
to this e-mail. Apologies for the layout of the document, I have copied and
pasted it over from the web based survey tool I used to collect the data and
haven’t had time to take everything out of the tables.
