Last month we notified you of the Network Performance Survey -the deadline 
has been extended to the 27th March.
At the moment Eastern region is at the bottom end of a league table of 
respondents with 29% response rate compared to the top of the league 
Northern region with 75% responses.

ANNOUNCEMENT

JANET QoS Development Project - Phase 2 - Network Performance Survey

UKERNA has issued a Network Performance Survey which aim is to gather
up-to-date information on the JANET community's requirements for network
performance and map it against the project objectives and plans.  The
results of the survey will help the project develop a model for JANET-wide
production QoS services.

All Network Managers within JANET connected organisations are very welcome
to participate. The online survey consists of 31 questions and will take
no more than 15 minutes to complete, it is available at:

The deadline for responses is 27th March 2006.
