Attached is a 13 page pdf file which is a useful document if you want to build facilities/resources for adult learners and need to build the case for funding etc.
 
Can you believe it's the week before Christmas and I'm still thinking of helping all my GEM friends with weighty EU tomes. Shomebody shtop me...!
