I didn't know this suppliers' page existed, but I do get a bit out of touch here in the Cotswolds. Continuing on a personal note, as one of the small suppliers who can just manage a list in the MA Yearbook; I have asked the CBA to update our listing on their suppliers' page for several years now. Our 'phone contact is the same but the postal address and e-mail are totally different. The trouble with many listings sites is that they are created dilligently and then never updated. A GEM list which could be quickly ammended would be helpful to all. While many of the suppliers listed in "Call to Arms" are excellent chaps it is still a puplication mainly targeted at re-enacters. I don't have a listing there myself to limit the number of enquiries I get from SCA members who want 7th century Icelandic Viking wedding dresses. Would GEM consider hosting a list on the website - not replicating the information on the Museums Association site (but linking to it)? If we had the main educational suppliers and replica/model makers that people use, that would be a start. It should be possible to use the archives of this discussion list (available to all of us on the web) to see which requests are most frequent and what the answers have been, so might not take too long to get a list together?
