Hi, I am new to FSL. When I convert images from DICOM format to Analyze and view the brain in FSL view, the axial slices are upside down. What am I doing wrong? Also, when I use FAST segmentation on T1 slices, I get an error message that my file was not recognized? Any ideas? Thanks, AJ
