Hi,
I am analyzing data based on an event-related design with jittered
intertrial intervals.
(I am using 3 column custom text files for my model.)
If I want to contrast an EV against the inter-trial interval ("our resting
baseline"), do I have to model the intertrial periods as a separate EV?
Secondly,
what does feat do to the time points that are not associated with any EV?
Are those left out time points still get included in the calculation of the
grand mean of the entire time series?
Or are they even left out from that too?
