Hello,
I am a windows user. I have installed cygwin and I have am following the
installation instruction for windows on the FSL installation webpage.

 "In the Cygwin terminal:

   - *cd /usr/local *
   - *tar xvfz fsl-*.tar.gz (don't use WinZip to do this unpacking - it
   can corrupt the files!) *
   - echo 'export FSLDIR=/usr/local/fsl; . ${FSLDIR}/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh;
   export PATH=${FSLDIR}/bin:$PATH' >> ~/.bash_profile

(make sure you type that *EXACTLY* including the "." and the spacing!!) "
I have been able to perform the above two commands in BOLD successfully.
However, I get the following bash command when I type third command (in RED
)

bash:/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh: No such file or directory
bash : export: '{FSLDIR}=/usr/local/fsl': not a valid identifier
bash: /C:/cygwin/usr/local/fsl/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh: No such file or directory
bash: /C:/cygwin/usr/local/fsl/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh: NO suhc file or directory

I have typed the exact sentences as written in the FSL website.

When I physically check my computer using windows explore, I see the folders
as they should be ie: C:/cygwin/usr/local/fsl/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh.

   - The main problem is I am trying to chnage the default output to
   ANALYZE and I am not able to access the fsl.sh file.

   - I also am not sure if I have setup the $ FSLDIR environment
   correctly and how do I verify this?

Please reply and any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
