Dear FSLers, I tried to merge 3D volumes into one 4D using avwmerge. It rescaled the intensity values as can be seen here: 4D: http://stylus.biostr.washington.edu/epilepsy/.data/Epilepsy_Dev1/dti/dev1_dti.nii.gz 3D: http://stylus.biostr.washington.edu/epilepsy/.data/Epilepsy_Dev1/dti/dev1_dti033.nii http://stylus.biostr.washington.edu/epilepsy/.data/Epilepsy_Dev1/dti/dev1_dti034.nii ... I am running most recent binary FSL distribution on linux redhat Enterprise. Should I recompile? Anything wrong with my nifti files? SPM5 3D->4D utility did not have this problem.
