I'm not an FSL expert and don't know if this is your problem, but I get the Error: FILM did not complete - it probably ran out of memory for many things that are not memory related. For example, there were commas in some of my 3 column format data, and I got this error. I think once a pathway to a file was wrong, syntax stuff like that.
