This is a reminder that the deadline for submissions for the ESRC Econometric Study Group Bristol conference is this Monday: CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT AND CALL FOR PAPERS SUBMISSION DEADLINE MONDAY MAY 8, 2006 http://www.esg.ac.uk The Econometric Study Group annual conference will again be held in Bristol. The dates for this year's conference are Thursday 13 July to Saturday 15 July. As in previous years, the conference will run from Thursday afternoon through to Saturday lunchtime, with a conference dinner on Friday evening. This year's invited speakers are: Frank Kleibergen (Brown) "Subset statistics in the linear IV regression model" Pierre Perron (Boston University) "An analytical evaluation of the log-periodogram estimate in the presence of level shifts and its implications for stock returns volatility" Elie Tamer (Northwestern) "Minimum distance estimation of randomly censored models" CONTRIBUTED PAPERS FOR PRESENTATION AT THE CONFERENCE ARE NOW INVITED. Contributions are welcome in any area of econometrics: theoretical, applied or computational.
