Netskills will be running the following e-Learning and Plagiarism workshops at Oxford University Computing Service in January:

1. Design Solutions for e-Learning, 23rd January

This workshop examines how current and prospective online tutors can analyse, plan and design effective online components for delivery across the web.

2. Content Solutions for e-Learning, 24th January
-----------------------------------------------------
For e-learning to be more than just page turning, you need to provide learners with engaging content. This workshop introduces these skills.

3. Effective e-Learning with Moodle, 25th January
-----------------------------------------------------
This workshop introduces Moodle, its main features and demonstrates why Moodle is different from other learning environments. You will be given access to your own installation of Moodle for 4 weeks after this workshop.

4. Communication and Collaboration for e-Learning, 30th January
-----------------------------------------------------
Are two heads really better than one? Discover how to use online communication and collaboration effectively to enhance learning and teaching.

5. Problem Based e-Learning, 31st January
-----------------------------------------------------
Delivering higher order e-learning requires the application of thinking skills. This workshop introduces these concepts through the application of problem solving scenarios.

6. Detecting and Deterring Plagiarism
-----------------------------------------------------
This practical workshop explores the impact of the web on plagiarism in education, and enables attendees to examine online and other methods of deterring and detecting it.
