Interview notes are certainly available under the Freedom of Information
Act. Ask Patricia Hewitt (former trade and industry secretary) who
lost a sex discrimiation case brought against her when interview notes
were obtained under the FOIA.

Feedback is given to unsuccessful applicants for promotion.

Applicant wants copies of references - fine.

Applicant wants copies of the comments sheets/scores given by members of
the promotions panel - I think that also has to be given under a Subject
Access Request. Is that correct?

Thanks

Graham
