He wants an actual list of the names/addresses of all the 1,500
objectors.  I have my reservations on this but not knowing enough about
it.

Planning purposes includes making the names and addresses of objectors
public. I think there's an express rule in one of the planning statutes
(don't know which one).

However, unless FoI (which I don't know) says different, I don't think
you have to do anything other than make copies of the letters available
for inspection, and photocopying facilities at a 'reasonable charge'.
