I would be interested in the response. My own view, probably totally wrong,  is that the dates of birth are excessive, and over 18 would have been suitable, so dates should be redacted. Otherwise I feel that the names and addresses are pertinent to the resulting enquiry, if only to establish that locals are also included and not just right-of-way pressure groups.

We are dealing with a dispute about footpaths.  A number of people have
made "statements" under the Statutory Declarations Act 1835' before a
solicitor or commissioner for oaths, related to the use of the path.
They include full names, addresses and dates of birth.

 

We have had a request to see information related to the footpaths
including the Statutory Declartions.

 

It is my view that the declarations should be released in full to the
requestor. Any views.
