It is only numbers but you have to be aware of what other information the requestor can have access to? For example if you employ four teachers and the information you release states you have four members in the NUT - could those four teachers be identified with other information? (Please excuse the example's simplicity) I agree you would probably need to release some figures but you may need to summarise them.
