Hi

I am putting together some work on relevant major (to UK i.e. not minor
fees amendments or international elements) statutes/orders which impact
directly on DPA 98 (from 1998).

Starting from DPA 98, so far I have:-

DPA 98
Human Rights Act 1998
Telecommunications (Data and Data Privacy) Regulations 1999
Freedom of Information Act 2000
Data Protection (Processing of Sensitive Personal Data) Order 2000
Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) (Amendment) Regulations
2000
Data Protection (Subject Access Modification) (Education) Order 2000
+Health and Social Work ones
Data Protection (Processing of Sensitive Personal Data) (Elected
Representatives) Order 2002
Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003
Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) (Amendment)
Regulations 2004

any other major players?

Paul
