See also http://www.ico.gov.uk/cms/DocumentUploads/Executive_Team_Minutes_8_May_06.pdf which contains 2 references to B4U: "2.2.4. In respect of action point 6, that DS and SF considered the putting of a statement explaining the ICO position on B4U on the web site, it was reported that a statement was not as yet on the web site. There were concerns that this was not the case, and it was agreed that CAD and RAD should examine what had happened in this case in order to learn lessons, with the involvement of Comms and ER. This was an issue where a compliance question had arisen which needed further consideration and also where there was a large operational impact and it was important to ensure that in future similar occasions there was a clear understanding of when issues should be handed over from CAD to RAD, and of the different teams' responsibilities. "5.3. It was reported that there were delays in classifying DP cases because of the number of complaints and enquiries about B4U, however it was expected that the DP teams would have closed more cases than they had received during April." Where would Enforcement Notices be found on the ICO website? It would seem that the ICO keeps very quiet about these.
