Presumably this is an FoI request - and the question is whether there are
any DP issues?

Isn't this similar to a question regarding whether there has been an
environmental health problems with restaurants?

I believe that some Councils publish such information on their websites -
but I have heard that others have said that whilst it is probably subject to
a FoI EH officers seek to advise restaurants and other establishments and
they work with establishments to improve matters - and to publish every
little problem that they find would not necessarily help them in working
with restaurants to improve their standards.
