The new revised draft RIPA Code of Practice on accessing communications
data is now on our website (www.actnow.org.uk) under Resources>Articles.
I have been advised by the Home Office that this is the latest version
which will shortly go out to consultation. The version which is on the
Home Office website is out of date.
