The only reference to an Employee Protection Register that I can find on the
Internet is with Bridgnorth Council

Subject: [data-protection] Employee Protection Register

Hello,

We are currently implementing an Employee Protection Register. I am quite
comfortable with applying DPA to this process, the actual usage of the EPR
is a bit more problematic.

We wish it to be an on-line report which 'need to know users' can access, to
view what they 'need to know'. However we are wondering if we need to
restrict each entry to the report just to one data subject, i.e., we
probably don't want one person to access the report and view all entries on
there because they 'probably don't need to know everyone who is on there and
why.

I was just wondering how other organisations have handled the employee
access to their EPR?

Thanks
Steve
