Presumably, you were sent it as having previously requested such information
as the DP Officer of Cambridgeshire County Council c/o CCC.
Therefore it was being sent to you (or your successor) in this position at
the Council.
I am not clear how otherwise the ICO are supposed to compile a database of
DP Officers other than by way of people who have previously requested such
information.
