This is a total invasion of my privacy and allows third parties to see data whihc, with data in or likely to come into their possession can identify me as a unique living individual. Thsi is causing me distress. This notice is served on you under section 10 of the Data Protection Act 1998 and is a notice to cease and desist from processing my personal data in this manner. I am required to give you a reasonable period in which to comply. I choose seven days from today, Friday 3rd February 2006.
