In fact, I have checked and it gives 3 website addresses - two of which are
UK - and one which is not.
Any Google search will find them - but I don't particularly wish to give
them any greater publicity.
The site I found says that "Due to a hysterical campaign by Marxist moaners
against Redwatch we use several domain names, and multiple servers, for this
site. Please click on one of the links below to enter REDWATCH. If the site
is not available on your chosen link, click your back button and try
another."
This confounds the Searchlight article which I think says that the site is
maintained in the US.
Clearly they have sophisticated methods which assume that there will be
complaints but a bit like the hydra the heads are not all going to be cut
off at once.

Another point to note is that, as I recall from previous media coverage
(this site has been around for a while) it that the site is actually hosted

There is some quite complex law involved, in addition to DP issues.
However I think, viewed objectively, this does raise some serious DP
issues irrespective of who is publishing this information, or their
motivation. I will confine myself to the DP issues. (I think incitement
is a difficult one to prove, if it's done with a 'nod and a wink').
DP matters which spring to mind are :-
1. Has the publisher Notified his processing to UKIC
2. Was the data collected fairly and lawfully?
3. Does the publisher have the informed consent of the data subjects?
4. Can the Data Subjects issue a Prevention of Processing notice?
