See the call for papers in the conference website for more details about the topics of the conference. You can always send us the full papers before the paper deadline April 1, 2006 even you do not submit an abstract. However, we do highly recommend you to send the abstract. This will give us a chance to help you to raise the quality of your paper. We will give comments to some of the abstracts in two weeks after your submission. If you DO NOT hear comments from us, this means your abstract is OK. And you can go ahead to send out a full paper. Again, the conference proceedings will be published by the Lecture Notes in Computer Science by Springer Verlag. As you know that this publication has very high reputation.
