From the Editor
This is the last Heterodox Economics Newsletter until the new
year—holiday cheer, making some gingerbread cookies, and some fun work on
heterodox microfoundations is what I am planning to do for the next few weeks.
Heterodox economists seem to never sleep. There are some new calls for papers
