Dear all, I'm a new user of WinBUGS, and I would like to estimate a multilevel model for repeated measures data (the same individuals are measured on T occasions). At the first stage of the hierarchical model (occasion level) I would like to introduce a multinomial logit model using a conditional logit model (McFadden). And then, subsequent terms would be introduced to explain individual effects (second level). Is it possible to estimate this conditional logit model using WinBUGS? Any help would be appreciated.
