Hi Cathy, We currently have a set amount of temporary usernames in both blackboard and our active directory and assign them to a user for say a week or two so they can test their course. I keep all of the temporary accounts in a spreadsheet and once the two weeks or so is up I disable the username. We have not had much call for this here though. When the username is to be used again I just take the courses out and reset the password.
