Would you expect this? > The links were to docs inside the Blackboard CMS - Course Content, so you'd have to be enrolled on the course to see them. It seems to me that BB / IE checks to see if you have access rights first; if not it tells you so. But if you do have rights, that's when it tries to download the file, but fails.
