We're interested in finding out what staff resource Enterprise users are allocating to run and support Blackboard (front-end and back-end). E-learning support is under review here and it would be useful to have some external benchmarks to inform the discussion. As of last August we have Enterprise 6.3 (but not Portal or CS) so Enterprise-only sites would be of most interest. Reply off-list if you prefer.
