It's Safari and Blackboard. We have a load of Mac users. Tell your users
to download Camino and use that instead. Whether the issue is Safari's
or Blackboard's (and there are people her who say "Get Blackboard to fix
it") the simple solution is, use Camino. Don't use Firefox, as that
browser has helpfully (ha!) started blocking copy-paste unless you jump
through hoops....

Dan - what sort of file? Any error messages? Has the user tried a
different browser?

Occasionally there are still file-naming issues that can catch you out
with Mac files - going for a short file name can help here. Are you
running Blackboard on Unix/Linux or Windows?

	Hi all,

I am trying to get to the bottom of a problem with a user here
who is unable to upload a file into a Blackboard discussion thread
with
out it being corrupted. She is using a MAC running OSX and the Safari
web browser.

	We are using BB 6.2.3

Has anyone come across this before?

	Many thanks
	Dan
