Just wanted to check whether you had seen the AT Forum draft report on AT Service Standards on the FAST website: http://www.fastuk.org/atforum- standards.php As you would guess, very few standards / guidelines in the area of AAC. RCSLT have some professional practice guidance, the West Midland's Rehab Centre have the most thorough documents but these are care pathway documents and so particularly relevant to their local situation. The Forum's report is quite useful in setting the overall context and also in confirming your suspicions that there is very little out there. If you come across anything useful in this area (or indeed if anyone is aware of any AT service standards which are not currently included in the report) please let us know. Cheers. Keren Down
